SOME hex isnt that hard. but there are some advanced hex. i can do the easy things. but i cant do the advanced things. and you need a program if you dont have. google for "hex program" without "".

hex is a program language. you can open exe or any files with hex and edit them. but too much editing without knowing what you are doing can lead to that the exe or that file or what you edited can crash.
